WHAT IS IT?

Designed specifically for 16-25 year-olds, our Internship offers the opportunity to deepen your understanding of faith, grow your relationship with God, and develop practical skills in a ministry area of your choice. Starting in Sept and ending in July, you’ll join us for two days each week. 

You’ll receive practical teaching and theological training from some of the best practitioners and communicators within the Vineyard family, exploring a broad range of topics from sabbath to singleness, from prayer to pornography, alongside selected modules with Vineyard Theological Training. This will largely take place in a group setting, so you can discuss and prayerfully process your learning together. 

Alongside this, you will serve in a placement of your choice, exploring your passion and developing your gifting as you collaborate with experienced leaders. Whether you're passionate about social media and graphic design, capturing moments through the lens, developing our children’s ministry, or investing in young people, there's a place for you! 

You’ll also be given a mentor who can walk with you through the year, offering a listening ear and help you process your learning, and anything else that arises through the year. You will join the Catalyst Staff Team, attend weekly staff meetings, and serve at any events and conferences, including DTI in the summer.
